The International Scientific Council is formed by top scientists from Europe, United states and Japan in the field of fundamentals underlying HYCON thematic activities. Thy will be consulted to maintain HYCON at the forefront of existing knowledge worldwide. They will also play an important role in dissemir knowledge through international workshops and exchanges.
